Huge congratulations to her and her siblings: Tarmo, Samu, Bobi and the one who became an angel way too soon, Siiri.
Today for the first time I brought a dog - or actually three - into a breeding examination.
Heinola, judge Raija TammelinFeminine. Good body proportions. Sweet expression. A bit light, well set ears. Currently a bit slender and light head compared to the body. Excellent topline. Well developed body. Well-proportioned bone. Good angulations. Fluent side movements. Good coat and color. Good behavior.
Helsinki, judge Gwen Beaden14 months sable. Feminine bitch with pleasing head, eye and expression. Just needs to finish in foreface. Good reach of neck and level topline. Well bent stifle and let down hock. Moves with drive.
After long searching we finally found home for Ville!Ville moved today to live with his new family in Hauho. The funniest coincidence is that he lives now less than 10 kilometres away from my big brother's new home so I will most likely get to see Ville in the future which is a great thing! There's a young Rough Collie male "Jörö" as Ville's new friend, hopefully they'll get along. So far so good.
Welcome home,
I have been planning on getting normal mice but let's say.. things happen, and these two sisters who are natal mice joined our pack. I got them from a natal mice breeder so they're babies and supposed to grow up still. For now they'll get to know their new home and hopefully get accepted by the Mr King (Minus-cat) himself aswell.
I already knew about this mice couple before Vyylia passed away, so they aren't a replacement for Vyylia. Vyylia's cage is still empty. :/
I got some sad news to tell, once again. :(Our Syrian hamster Vyylia passed away during last night.
Rest in peace, my first (and unfortunately probably last) hamster. We'll miss you!
Dog show in Joensuu. While other Collie people were having our breed's main speciality show in Helsinki, I thought I could try to get the last CC for Titja from Joensuu since this judge had liked Titja 4 years ago when she was a puppy.. Well, my plan failed quite a bit because Titja's father's breeder had decided to do the same thing and arrived to Joensuu aswell..
BB-2 and res-CC, judged by Reijo Tuovinen. Even though it honestly does annoy me that we didn't get the last CC, I'm really glad about the result. She moved extremely well like she usually does, haha. Way to go! Maybe next time that last CC then..? :)
Her critique: Stylish bitch with a good bone. Good head, excellent body proportions. Well angulated, good movement.

Veila sends congratulations to all her siblings: Paavo, Steve, Laila, Saga, Foxy, Hulla and Lyyli.
And Minus.. his allmightyness decided not to send regards to anyone. Oh well, we'll go with that decision then. ;)

korvaamaton ystäväni
my invaluable friend
Too bad this isn't just a big april fool's joke. I never wanted this day to come but there were no other choice. We all miss you, dear.
We finally got a whole new website!
Veila was with me at a Collie speciality show in Lohja, 5th February. She showed well and got HP in the puppy class with such a nice critique. Since I wanted to be a little crazy, I brought Veila and Pipsa (Timonan Walzing Wanessa) into the pair-ring and they won BIS4-pair together! Both of them are energetic with white lines in their heads so I thought they'd match. :)
Photo is taken at the show place, thanks Linda!
