"I do what I want, when I want, where I want - if mommy says it's okay"

Titja has always been a small, energetic dog with a lot of power. She has a strong will and once she decides to do something, it might be a bit hard to make her think otherwise. As with other dogs, she's quite social and doesn't start any fights, mostly she'd just love to run around playing with them. Usually she reall is the one chasing other dogs around, rarely with a specific reason. If there ever is a reason, it's most likely a stick. Titja is obsessed with all kinds of sticks - they are the only thing that really do make her stressed. All the neighbourhood children know Titja by now, and they love to play with her - she would do it all day long if she was allowed to. She doesn't mind children, even loves being around them. Other than sticks making her act brainless, she seems to overthink things too much. I would describe her as intelligent and sly as a fox. Oh and you can't forget how much she loves her own sofa, and always tries to sleep on a pillow.

Titja is our pack's indisputable leader - the other dogs generally go along with that too. She's still the peaceful one, so any harm caused is usually the other dog's fault. My big brother is used to say that Titja has no protective instincts at all, but it more so looks like she has no fear (example being she will bare her teeth to dogs much larger than she is). Luckily though, she is very patient with young and annoying dogs but puts interested males in their places right away. She doesn't protect herself that much and usually she needs a clear reason to even protect anything.
She might protect her own pack members from other dogs and she tries to calm dangerous-looking situations down by going between the dogs to separate them. The most protective she is when it comes to her own family members, specially me as her owner. We haven't ever tested Titja how she would herd sheeps but she herd her own pack members and humans a lot so we believe she might have some herding insticts for sheeps too.

The pack leader herself gets upset and ashamed of her actions once her own mom, the main boss, reminds her about inappropriate behaviour. She's an obvious "one man's dog" even though she will obey everyone with basic commands.
Obedience kinda bores her; she just wants to keep on moving. She does know the obedience commands and she learns everything fast and easy, but all of the commands seem not so fun to do. The more movement a command includes, the better and funnier it is. I wish I had more possibilities to train her in agility - she doesn't need any treats or toys after running through an agility track. It's obvious she loves doing all the jumps, tunnels and specially running itself. With some more training I might get a serious agility dog from her, but for now I don't have any chances to train her.
She's the dog that I trust the most with all my heart. I can let her run free outside and she will stay close to me. She'll follow where I go and won't move too far on her own. I can even let her run free in the same room where my gerbils are running - she lets the little rodents run over her paws without saying a word to them! She also gets along with most of the cats very well and lets them be in peace without chasing them around unless I ask her to, so mostly if we bring our own cat Minus outside I take Titja with us as a cat-stopper; Minus runs around free and if he goes too far, I ask Titja to stop him and keep him down till I get to pick the cat back.

As the first dog that I've ever owned, she's the best I could have ever asked for. Her ears might not dip correctly, she might not ever get the planned puppies for various reasons, she might not be the most typical for her own breed..
But she has taught me a lot about friendship and life overall. She'll always be my the very best friend that I've ever had.
