In general, Milka is very calm, quiet and obedient dog, with some intelligence. She's lovely and kind to everyone, lil scared of big people sometimes, and always ready to play with other dogs or with me. Milka's favorite game is pulling. The second favorite is running after balls and sticks. Third favorite is doing tricks with me, if I happen to have some delicious treats with me. Heheh. One of Milka's favorite things in her life is, surprise surprise, FOOD! She just loves it. Well, she usually glares at me when I give her the regular dog food.. She doesn't really appreciate it. When she came to me, we were BARFing with her so she'd still prefer BARF food after months of regular food. And I so can understand her. But my wallet (and mom) can't. Sigh.
Milka is very social dog. She never starts a fight with anyone.. And she's always the one losing and giving up, saying "sorry, blame it on me" even if it wasn't her fault. She's a little bit scared of dogs that are bigger than her. Milka is, still, friends with anyone and everyone who wants to be friends with her. She's super sweet dog! Never on bad mood, always happy and having a little bit dumb or surprised expression on her face. But that's what I consider cute.
Many people might think about what happened to Milkas ears. Yes. It is all my fault. And I regret it probably more than anything else, but I can do nothing about it anymore. Milka is still the most important dog to me. It is rude to pick a favorite among your dogs, I know, but that's how it is. Milka is just absolutely the best dog I've ever seen.
And to the ears. To make it short, Milka got gangrene in her both ear tips, because of my incorrect way to make them hang 1/3 down. It is all my fault. I put scrunchies on her ears, too tight and too thin ones, for too long time. The result was gangrene and they dropped off by themself, nothing could be done about it.. Milka had pain killers and such things from vet.
I beg your pardon. It was all my fault, I won't try to deny it. And I regret what I have done to my dear dog who would never ever deserve anything like this.
But I wouldn't say Milka is an unhappy dog for not having ear tips.. All we lost is champion titles and dog shows, that aren't after all everything in the dog world. Anyone who knows Milka, would say that she's really happy dog, even without her ear tips.
She's always smiling, and making me smile.
